Domestic Shipping Rates and policy (Mould kit included)

Our Postage and packaging rate of £12.99 includes delivery of mould kit, return label (prepaid for moulds) and then finished grills (Three deliveries) plus the packaging costs . You do not need to pay the shipping fee to return the mould kit back to us anymore. We offer free delivery with orders over £150.00.

We dispatch mould kits next working day and using a 48 hour Royal Mail service. Prepaid return labels are included in the shipping price so you do not pay extra to return your mould kit

Once we receive the mould kit back from you, we aim to complete orders within 7 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped with Royal Mail with 48 hour delivery time.

International Shipping Rates and policy (Mould kit not included)

Our Postage and packaging rate of $19.99 includes delivery of the finished grillz and the packaging costs. The mould kit is not included due to the delay in process times and shipping costs. Please find more information about ordering from the US here - https://londongrillz.com/en-us/pages/ordering-in-the-united-states. You can buy a mould kit locally or go to your dentist. If you would like to buy a mould kit through us, you need to add it to the order.

Please send back moulds with tracking information and 0 value (We will not accept paying customs fees as the mould has no value associated with it)

We offer free delivery with orders over $200.00.

We use DHL or Royal Mail International shipping and takes an average 5-10 working days to send the finished Grillz. We ship your Grillz 7-10 working days from the point of receiving the mould kit.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees by visiting our store. Our store is located at 74 Glenthorne Road, London, W6 0LR. We are open 1-7pm weekdays and no appointment is needed.

How do I check the status of my order?

If you wish to track your order status at anytime, please call our store on 07592 500 453 during our open hours. Alternatively you can email info@londongrillz.com or whatsapp the number above. Please allow for upto 24 hours for us to get back to emails or whatsapp messages during busy periods.
